Delivery is free for most areas within the UK (England, Wales, Scotland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands). For Northern Ireland a delivery charge of £50 will be added to orders in the checkout.

If you’re not 100% happy with an item purchased online from Herman Miller, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of delivery. For all seating and desks, a £49 collection charge will be applied and deducted from your refund total. If your order is delivered via FedEx please retain all packaging until you are satisfied with your purchase.

HAY provides a 2-year product warranty, which covers materials and workmanship on our furniture frame and upholstery. The warranty covers faults which were present at the time of purchase or which have occurred as a result of defects present at the time of purchase. The warranty period of 2 years is calculated from the date on the original invoice.
Spare parts are available throughout the 2 year warranty period.

John Tree
British John Tree is a London-based product and furniture designer. After graduating from Kingston University, he worked for FM Design before developing products for the Sony Design team in their Tokyo, San Francisco and London offices. John subsequently joined Jasper Morrison’s studio, before opening his own office in 2016. He currently divides his time between Jasper’s studio and his own, where he pushes and explores industrial processes to create contract and domestic furniture, lighting, accessories, and electronics. His work has been widely featured in a number of international publications, as well as winning several prestigious design awards.
