Delivery

Delivery is free for most areas within the UK (England, Wales, Scotland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands). For Northern Ireland a delivery charge of £50 will be added to orders in the checkout.

Returns

We want you to love every item you receive from us, but we understand that there are times when you may want to arrange a return.

If you’re not 100% happy with an item purchased online from Herman Miller, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of delivery. For all seating and desks, a £49 collection charge will be applied and deducted from your refund total. If your order is delivered via FedEx please retain all packaging until you are satisfied with your purchase.

Adjustable Headrest

The adjustable headrest provides comfort and support after you’ve left your active gaming position.

Breathable Suspension

Vantum’s flexible cushion and exclusive suspension material will deliver comfort and support by distributing pressure appropriately in response to any posture – helping promote balance and circulation.

Adjusting Vantum

Perform, play, browse, and sit back in the Vantum Gaming Chair,

a seat designed with superior support and adjustability from head to toe.

Adjustable Sacral/Lumbar Support

Locate the lumbar support adjustment knob on the right or left side behind your seat. Turn it clockwise or anti-clockwise until you feel comfortable and supported.

Arm Height, Width and Depth

Pull the arms up when you want support; place them at their lowest setting when you’d rather they slide under your desk; pull them in when you want a cushion; or move to the side if they’re in the way.

Adjustable Seat Height

Use the lever at the front of the right-hand knob to move the seat up or down until your feet are flat on the floor, giving you an anchor point for gaming.

Tilt Limiter

While in the upright position, turn the knob below the left side of your seat clockwise or anti-clockwise to increase or decrease reclining limit respectively.

Tilt Tension

While in the upright position, turn the knob below the right side of seat clockwise or anti-clockwise to increase or decrease recline tension.

Seat Depth

Lift your thighs from the front of the seat. Then, gently lift up the handle found on the right side of the seat to disengage the locking seat depth adjustment. Slide seat forward or back to your preferred depth and release the handle downward.

Headrest Vertical Adjustment

Raise or lower your headrest by reaching both hands around the back of your head and pulling upward or pushing downward on the headrest.

Headrest Pad Rotation

For desired head support, reach both hands around the back of your head and rotate the headrest pad upward or downward.
