Delivery
Delivery is free for all orders over £49 to most areas within the UK (England, Wales, Scotland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands).
For orders under £49, a delivery charge of £4.95 will be added in the checkout.
For orders to Northern Ireland, a delivery charge of £50 will be added in the checkout.

If you’re not 100% happy with an item purchased online from Herman Miller, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Warranty
This product has a 12-year warranty. Our warranty covers everything – including electrical components, castors, pneumatic cylinders, tilts and all moving mechanisms.

The Kinematic Spine works in concert with the breathable, temperature-neutral and durable Intercept Suspension – originally a Cosm innovation – for seamless comfort wherever you are. The upholstered Setu features a C-Layer Suspension that works with a variety of textiles, adding a degree of structural support to the fabric.

From the graceful curve of its ribbon arms to the durable, silver alloy base, Setu’s minimal design aesthetic and customisable nature let it blend in or serve as a focal point. With its dipped-in- colour option – one hue from top to bottom – Setu complements both a variety of spaces and other seating options like its fellow Studio 7.5-designed Cosm Chair.
Adjusting Setu
Setu's only adjustment is for height, so every person who uses the chair can make one quick change and then get right to work.
