Description

Inspired by the mushroom-like silhouettes of illuminated Mongolian Pao tents at night, Japanese designer Naoto Fukasawa created his Pao Collection. With its glossy polycarbonate shade, the Pao Portable Desk Lamp produces a soft, ambient glow – like candlelight without the fire hazard. Lightweight, compact, and battery-operated, it can be moved from room to room with ease.

    Delivery

    Delivery is free for most areas within the UK (England, Wales, Scotland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands). For Northern Ireland a delivery charge of £50 will be added to orders in the checkout.

    Returns

    We want you to love every item you receive from us, but we understand that there are times when you may want to arrange a return.

    If you’re not 100% happy with an item purchased online from Herman Miller, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of delivery. For all seating and desks, a £49 collection charge will be applied and deducted from your refund total. If your order is delivered via FedEx please retain all packaging until you are satisfied with your purchase.

    Warranty

    HAY provides a 2-year product warranty, which covers materials and workmanship on our furniture frame and upholstery. The warranty covers faults which were present at the time of purchase or which have occurred as a result of defects present at the time of purchase. The warranty period of 2 years is calculated from the date on the original invoice.

    Spare parts are available throughout the 2 year warranty period.

    Naoto Fukasawa Naoto Fukasawa was born in Yamanashi, Japan, in 1956 and graduated from Tama Art University in 1980. His career began at Seiko Epson, where he designed products such as wrist TVs and mini printers using micro-technology.
