If you wish to view our range in person you can visit our London Showroom. Alternatively, our Customer Care team may be able to arrange a one-off appointment at our Office Showroom at Portal Mill in Melksham Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm. To do so please use the Contact Us Form on this page.

To submit a warranty claim, please email customercareeurope@hermanmiller.com and include the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Summary of the issue you are experiencing
  • Picture of the white label on the underside of the seat (if claim refers to chairs)
  • Picture/video of the area of concern
  • Confirmation of your current address and phone number
