Delivery can be anywhere from 10 to 65 working days depending on the options (colour, size & finish etc) you've chosen. Please configure your preferred specifications using the options above to see a more specific delivery estimate.

Shipping

Delivery on all products purchased through the Herman Miller Store is free-of-charge. Large furniture items will be sent via a 2 man courier service. They will be in touch via email or text within four working days of the order being placed to arrange a convenient time. Please note that certain areas in the UK may have limited delivery slots.

Northern Ireland

Unfortunately we are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland. We are working on resolving this so please sign up to our newsletter to be notified on when this service is resumed. Any orders with delivery addresses in Northern Ireland placed from 18 December 2020 onward will be automatically cancelled and refunded as soon as possible.

Memo has a 12-year warranty. Our warranty covers everything – including electrical components, castors, pneumatic cylinders, tilts and all moving mechanisms.

Tim Wallace When Tim Wallace was 11 years old, he and his family moved from England to America. "The three years we spent living in Pennsylvania had a huge impact on me", Wallace recalls.
