Shipping

Delivery on all products purchased through the Herman Miller Store is free-of-charge. Large furniture items will be sent via a 2 man courier service. They will be in touch via email or text within four working days of the order being placed to arrange a convenient time. Please note that certain areas in the UK may have limited delivery slots.

Ratio has a 12-year worksurface warranty and a 5-year base warranty. Our warranty covers everything – including electrical components, castors, pneumatic cylinders, tilts and all moving mechanisms.
